Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons honey (I don't measure I just add a couple spoonfuls)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Equipment:
- 1 wide mouth pint mason jar
- immersion blender
Instructions:
- Crack egg into mason jar
- Add avocado oil, lemon juice, honey, salt.
- Let egg settle to bottom of jar
- Place immersion blender in jar so it touches bottom. Pulse on high several times until emulsion starts.
- Slowly start to lift blender towards top while blending on high.
- Continue blending until complete emulsion takes place.
- Store in fridge in Mason jar with tight lid for about 2 weeks
